1. Little to no harmful emissions: Regular paraffin candles are made from petroleum - the same chemical compound we use to fill our cars. When you light a candle, the petroleum of the candle gives off carbon monoxide. Studies have shown that paraffin candles produce the same amount of carbon monoxide emissions as the average vehicle, while 100% soy candles produce 0 emissions.
